Questions & Answers:
Auto OT Calculation when Clock In and Clock Out manually.
- Currently calling Auto_Calculate_OT every time user change Clock In or Out manually and insert working OT amount into Payroll\Overtime Payment.
- In Duty Roster - OT calculation should happen only if there is OvertimeSettlement value is FALSE in tbl_Company setting.
- In OT Settlement Approval - work out Auto_Calculate_OT when final approver approved for OT Settlement.
- If there is no OT has calculated from above, user can use OT Calculation in Payroll Preparation.
