Call Center Maintenance?
If you do call maintenance
1. Check if incall is working properly
2. Check outgoing
3. Check how much hard disk space is left
4. Download Out Bound Call report from Report Download
5. Download the inbound call report (inbound closer) from the report download
6. Generate Agent Performance Detail Report from Call Center Admin Login> Report.
7. These three files must be included in our smilax dashboard excel report and returned to the client.
