Why we need to do reload asterisk software at call center? How to do?
Once you have created the Sip account, you will need to reload the asterisk software.You also need to reload if there are any issues with the call center.
To reload, you must first log in to the asterisk software.
command
# asterisk -vrrrrrr (enter)
It will then be loaded into the asterisk software
# core reload
# module reload
# dialplan reload
# reload
# sip reload
